Privacy Policy

1. What we store

• The invitation content you create (title, message, photo, settings).
• The Creator's email — for the management link and recipient replies.
• The Recipient's email ONLY if they voluntarily leave it when responding.
• Minimal counters: daily views and responses. No clickstream, no behavioral tracking.
• Payment records: order id, amount, transfer memo (for matching). We never store your card or bank credentials.

2. Recipient principles

• Recipients need no account and are never email-harvested for marketing.
• The Creator is notified only on the FIRST open — we do not provide tools to monitor a recipient's viewing.
• Social share cards never contain real names, the original link, times, or locations.

3. Infrastructure & third parties

Data lives on Cloudflare (D1/KV/R2). Email is sent via Resend. Vietnamese payments are reconciled via SePay (bank-transfer notifications). We never sell your data.

4. Your rights

You can request deletion of an invitation and its data at any time via your management link or hello@invitora.app. Disabled invitations hide all content from viewers.
